Sean Dunne is the founder of Dunne Appraisal Group. He is a Real Estate professional with over 25 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Property Management, Appraisal, Finance, Development, and Consulting. Sean Dunne is the owner of Dunne Appraisal Group. While working as a baseball coach, Sean Dunne was able to win two Town championships and lead the Billerica Pop Warner organization to four state football championships and five national cheerleading championships. He also served as the vice president of Billerica Pop Warner, overseeing the second-largest Pop Warner program in the country.
Sean has been co-coordinating ticket sales and state auditing for Billerica Pop Warner Bingo since 1999. He also created an affordable housing plan (Master Plan) for the town of Billerica and revised its zoning to include affordable housing units.
While serving as president of Barnstead Youth Softball/Baseball, Sean led them to victory in 2010 and 2011. He has also served as vice president of Suncook Valley Baseball since 2011 and will begin his service as a member of its board in 2012.
In addition to his work with youth sports organizations, Sean has also been active in local government: he served as president of BYBSA from 2011 until 2012; he was athletic director at Barnstead Elementary from 2012 until 2014; he became athletic director for the town of Barnstead in 2014; and he was elected selectman for that town in 2016.
Sean is also a proud father of six. As a real estate appraiser, he enjoys the challenge of obtaining accurate valuations for his clients. As a result, many banks turn to him for appraisal services on even the most complex properties.
